I’ll find out what’s wrong and get it printing from your computer and phone again. Got a new printer? I’ll install it for you.

I’ll find out why and get it working in the rooms where you need it.

“I can’t find my shows on the TV.”

I’ll get your smart TV connected and your apps signed in, so your shows are right there.

“I have a video visit with my doctor.”

I’ll set it up ahead of time and make sure your camera and sound work before the day of the visit.

“I got a message that seems off.”

Don’t click anything in it. Call me, and I’ll look at it and tell you if it’s real.

“I keep hearing about AI.”

I’ll show you how to use it and help you with it whenever you need. Any time you have a question, just give me a call.

“I got a new phone or computer.”

I’ll set it up and move your photos, contacts and other things over from the old one.

When you call

You don’t need any tech words. Just tell me:

  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • What it is, like “my iPhone” or “the printer.” If you’re not sure, that’s fine.

I’m a software developer, and I also do the hands-on stuff: setting things up, fixing what’s broken and getting people connected. I work with families, small businesses and commercial clients.

I live right here in Monroe, Louisiana. I built my first computer with my dad when I was 12. Since then I’ve worked in hospital IT, at IT companies, on production robotics at Amazon and in software.

I’m not a big company, a team or a call center. I’m one local guy who talks plain English, not tech talk. I’m your neighbor. If you’d rather sit down over a cup of coffee and talk it over, I’m happy to do that.
